Richmond County, Virginia Warrant Search
A Richmond County arrest warrant is a court-issued document containing an order for the arrest of a crime suspect. A warrant is issued after law enforcement submits a complaint backed up by evidence to the court, showing that there is probable cause to believe that an individual committed a crime.
An arrest warrant, after issuance, is primarily managed by the Richmond County Sheriff's Office. Unexecuted warrants are generally not disclosed to the public in Virginia. However, an individual may call or visit the Sheriff's Office to find out if they have a warrant in their name.
